Studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes are available with loft-style layouts, industrial finishes, and modern interiors.

The community offers quick access to I-10, major DTLA streets, public transit, dining, entertainment, and employment centers throughout Los Angeles.

Amenities

Met Lofts offers EV charging stations and bike storage options for residents seeking sustainable transportation amenities.

Residents have access to a resort-style amenities, including a pool, fitness center, concierge services, package lockers, lounge areas, and rooftop-style community amenities.

Most apartment homes include in-unit washer and dryer setups or access to on-site laundry facilities depending on the selected floor plan.

Leasing

Applicants can complete an online application through the leasing portal, where submissions are digitally processed and reviewed by the leasing team.

Met Lofts applicants typically provide a valid government-issued ID, proof of income, and additional verification documents requested during screening.
Applying as early as possible is recommended because apartment availability in Downtown Los Angeles can change quickly.
Flexible lease terms ranging from 1 to 15 months are available depending on apartment availability and housing needs. Lease terms are subject to change without notice.
This mixed-income community offers both restricted and unrestricted housing options, with income qualifications varying by unit type and program eligibility.
Guarantors may be accepted for applicants who do not meet income qualifications, subject to financial criteria and community approval.
The leasing office is generally open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, with closures on Sundays and select holidays.
Lease agreements are completed electronically, allowing residents to review and sign documents digitally before move-in.
Met Lofts residents must provide written notice and follow all early termination requirements outlined in the lease agreement. Lease terms are subject to change without notice.
Lease transfers or occupancy changes may be permitted with management approval and completion of required application procedures.
Refundable security deposits are required at move-in and are based on screening results and lease qualifications.

Pet Policy

Met Lofts allows up to two pets per household.

Certain dog breeds are restricted. The following breeds are generally prohibited: 

• Akita 
• American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier (aka Pit Bull) 
• Presa Canario 
• Chow Chow 
• Doberman Pinscher 
• German Shepherd 
• Great Dane All Husky & Malamute breeds 
• Rottweiler 
• Wolf/Restricted breed mix 

Service animals are generally exempt regardless of breed. Management must approve all animals. Lease holders and applicable occupants are required to complete a Pet Screening Profile.

Residential Services

The community does not offer on-site parking, and residents or visitors typically use nearby street parking or public parking garages in DTLA.
Residents commonly use nearby parking garages and street parking options throughout the South Park neighborhood of Downtown Los Angeles.

Residents can use the online portal to pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and manage account services digitally.

Met Lofts residents make rent payments through the online resident portal using the Bilt payment system.
Late fees may apply if rent is not paid by the due date outlined in the lease agreement and resident portal.

Tours

Scheduled escorted, virtual, and self-guided tours are available through a digital registration system, though virtual tours are not currently offered.

Utilities

Apartments are wired for internet and cable service, allowing residents to choose their preferred service providers.
Residents are responsible for utilities including electricity, gas, water, trash, and pest control through resident billing accounts and service providers.
